Kaitlyn Snyder avenged an earlier loss to win the top singles flight of the Republic Tournament, and the Lady Tigers finished second overall as a team for the first time. Springfield Catholic was the team champion.
All four Republic entries finished in the top four of their flights. In Snyder’s final, she defeated Erin Jarvis of Springfield Catholic 8-0. Jarvis had beaten Snyder in the finals of the Springfield Invitational earlier in the week.
Katie Stiles finished second in the #2 singles bracket.
Jordyn Gianopulos and Carly McAtee finished fourth in the #1 doubles flight.
Isabella Freeman and Hannah Morgan took third in the #2 doubles flight.
